Pentavalent vaccines
This vaccine was introduced in September 2009 with BHTF co-financing it with The Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunizations (GAVI). As of 2018, immunization coverage stands at around 97%.

Pneumococcal vaccines (PCV)
In an effort to prevent children from meningitis and Pneumonia, Bhutan Health Trust Fund has started funding the Pneumococcal Conjugative Vaccine (PCV 13) which was introduced by Ministry of Health in January 2019. The influenza (Flu) Vaccine was launched by the Honorable Health Minister, Dechen Wangmo on 6th November 2019. This vaccine is targeted towards high-risk groups namely:pregnant women, people with chronic medical conditions, children in the age range of 6 months to 23 months, elderly population and health worker.
