Vacancy Announcement for the Senior/Programme and Investment Officer Positions

The Bhutan Health Trust Fund (BHTF) is pleased to announce a following vacancies for immediate appointment:

1 Senior/Programme Officer (M&E)

Terms of Reference (ToR)

1 ·      A Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy is a prerequisite.

·      A minimum of three to five (3-5) years of relevant experience in monitoring and evaluation, pharmaceutical management is desirable.

·      Proven experience or exposure to fund mobilisation, proposal development, or donor engagement will be an advantage.

2 Senior/Investment Officer

Terms of Reference (ToR)

1 ·      A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, communication, data science, or a related field is required.

·      A minimum of three to five (3–5) years of relevant professional experience is desired.

·      Proven exposure to investment, networking, communication, and social fund management is an advantage.

Interested and eligible candidates must submit the following mandatory documents. Non-submission or partial submission of any required document may result in rejection of the application.

  • Expression of Interest letter addressed to the Director, BHTF;
  • Curriculum Vitae (CV) with full details of qualifications, work experience, and contact information for at least three professional referees;
  • Degree certificates (Bachelor’s, Master’s, and any other higher qualifications) with transcripts;
  • Experience certificates, if any;
  • Valid Security Clearance for employment;
  • Valid Citizenship Identity Card;
  • Valid Audit Clearance Certificate (mandatory for applicants from civil service, corporations, NGOs, CSOs, or autonomous agencies); and
  • No Objection Certificate (NOC) from parent organisation (required if selected, for applicants currently in employment).
