- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree with at least 15 years of work experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a relevant field (P1 level in government agencies or General Manager level in corporate and private organizations)
- Higher academic qualifications will be considered as an advantage.
- Demonstrated leadership and skills in organizational management, strategic planning, fundraising, oversight, decision-making, reporting and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Dzongkha.
